Fibre Systems provides M29504 termini, tooling, and assemblies engineered for high optical and mechanical performance in harsh environments. These cost-effective, precision termini fit MIL-DTL-38999 Series 3 size 16 cavities and meet MIL-PRF-29504 standards for both singlemode and multimode applications. Featuring tight-tolerance zirconia ceramic ferrules for low insertion loss and back reflection, the pre-domed ferrules support PC and ultra-PC polishing. Socket termini include zirconia split alignment sleeves for reliable, repeatable connections across many matings.

Fibre Systems offers pre-terminated opticalCON DUO SMPTE chassis assemblies featuring a choice of SC , LC, ST or bare fibres for a straightforward plug-and-play installation. These solutions enable efficient breakout of opticalCON SMPTE Fibre Only installations.

LEMO F2 fibre optic contacts are specialised, high performance, Singlemode or Multimode fibre contacts commonly used in #K.93C SMPTE Broadcast applications, 0K-5K and 2B-5B series connectors. They are designed for quick field repairs without epoxy or polishing, ensuring reliable, rapid, on-site termination.

Fibre Systems’ internal fibre-only breakout cable series features LEMO Fixed Plugs (FXW) or Fixed Sockets (EDW) that transition to two 900 µm singlemode fibres. These breakout assemblies are certified to meet or exceed SMPTE specifications, making them an excellent choice for SMPTE rack panels, splice trays, adapters, and in-studio installations where a tight bend radius is essential.

The Fibre Lab 750 maximises efficiency and versatility when requiring a larger quantity of medium to longer-length optical fibres for network and latency simulation testing or deploying optical time delays in the network.
